Walks with Sky

We got her all bundled up for a hike this morning. It ended up pretty warm so most of it came off. She did so well!! We went about 6 miles with only one complaint...we had stopped to admire the view of the bay from the ridge....she wanted us to keep going. All was well a second later when we did. We found a pond - it was Sky's first. She even waited until we got back to poop! She is so awesome!

Found a new trail today behind our place. Sweet little pond and a great set of trails to get there. Taking an arm reach photo on iphone is not so easy though.

Skylar has a cold but loves football

Skylar has a cold. Ended up at the pediatric after hours clinic at the hospital today. She does not have a fever but b/c she is so young the advice nurse said we should come in. She had had a stuffy nose for 24 hours. The doc there was great. Basically we just need to ride it out and keep taking her temp. She sounds miserable and it is very upsetting. We are suctioning the snot, keeping her warm and giving lots of love. Now you are updated from the tired stressed new parents.

Sky is suffering from a snot filled nose. Or shall i say we are

suffering! So sad all day. This is tough. No fever though.

Skylar can still watch football with Dad and help him analyze stats for his fantasy league.
