2-Day Daddy-O

We mentioned the term "week" to Sky and then asked her "Do you know what a week is?"

"Two-day daddy" was her answer.

We had to bring in the interpreter (mama) to find out that she thinks of weekends as two days of daddy.

I helped her retro her terminology to "two-day daddy-o" simple because it was funnier to hear her say.

When I asked her what happens after two-day daddy-o, we were happy to hear her say, "grandpa and grandma's house again!"
